Aristovo dairy in Kaluga oblast has welcomed its first guests! Everyone wishing to experience a real look at a dairy farm and discover firsthand how natural milk is produced received a hearty reception at Aristovo dairy in Kaluga oblast.
The attendees were taken on a tour of the facility, where EkoNiva’s employees provided them with an insight into the inner world of the dairy. The visitors got an up-close view of the lot with individual calf hutches, the barn housing the cows and the rotary milking parlour making the milking process at Aristovo dairy more efficient which is confirmed by the daily milk production of 59 tonnes.
‘Seeing the calves was the highlight of the tour for us’, shares Larisa Mikhalchak, visitor of the dairy. ‘They are so cute! The calf housing conditions are excellent, and they are even wearing calf jackets not to get cold.’
The tour of Aristovo operation was a surprise trip which Larisa had prepared for her parents and her son Yelisey. What better gift to give your loved ones in the run-up to New Year’s Day than to spend the day together, in a farm setting at that?
‘What we have just seen is the farm of the future’, shares her impressions Zinaida Zvyagintseva. ‘The cows live in perfect conditions. A high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the dairy. It is the first time we have seen a milking parlour. It seems to me that EkoNiva is at the cutting edge of natural milk production.’
The launch of the new dairy brand EKONIVA, which took place in the Globus shopping centre, aroused a great deal of interest among buyers. Most of them wondered where all the delicious dairy products came from. In response, they received invitations to visit EkoNiva’s operations.
‘A lot of the customers are interested in visiting our dairies’, says Svetlana Nepomnyashchaya, Coordinator of EkoNiva Food Products Farm Tour Project. ‘Everyone interested was invited to Aristovo dairy to get a better understanding of all the stages of operation and to taste our delicious dairy products. EkoNiva’s facilities are open for new guests! Farm tours are held on Saturdays at 3 pm. New Year holidays is a great time for a visit. Book your tour for the dates starting from 5 January, 2019 now.
