In his early years, Dmitriy tried his hand in machinery repairs and learnt to drive an MTZ tractor. After serving in the army, he took up a job as a mechanic at the Group’s dealership holding. Since December 2015, Dmitriy has been working as the director of EkoNivaAgro-East, an operation within Voronezh subdivision. He has control of one of the Group’s largest farming enterprises in the region, which comprises Liski, Bobrov and Kashirskoye districts. Dmitriy Korendyasev manages four modern dairies and 29,700 hectares of farmland. For his great personal contribution to the development of the agricultural sector, Dmitriy was awarded the Honorary Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation title, received certificates of merit and commendations from the Ministry of Agriculture, Voronezh Oblast Government, EkoNiva Group management and Liski and Bobrov District Administrations.
