In Maslyanino village, Novosibirsk oblast, 10 families of the holding's employees are celebrating a housewarming party. The specialists have received the keys to new flats built under the Comprehensive Rural Development state programme. The co‑financing of the project by the Group has exceeded 16 million rubles.

The three-storey building is connected to gas, water and electricity supply, it comes complete with a drainage system and interior finishing. The area of the flats varies from 33 to 54 sq. m.

The families of senior veterinarian Natalya Khamrayeva, nutritionists Anna Okhremenko and Darya Seleznyova, senior economist Olga Samoylova, machine operators Konstantin Kugarov and Anatoliy Kravchenko, hoof trimming specialist Andrey Suroyegin, agronomist Lidiya Sidorova, young stock operators Tatyana Glukhovskaya and Nadezhda Prudnikova have moved into comfortable homes.

‘Eight years ago, my husband and I came from Novosibirsk to Maslyanino for permanent stay and work at EkoNiva. We joined the housing waiting list a year ago and did not expect to get a flat so quickly’, shares Natalya Khamrayeva. ‘It is so nice to see such care and kind attitude. The building infrastructure comprises food shops, a polyclinic and a community centre.’

The key presentation ceremony was attended by Sergey Lyakhov, Regional Director of EkoNiva Group for Siberia, Vyacheslav Yarmanov, Head of Maslyanino district and other guests. They congratulated the newcomers and handed over the keys.

We have been participating in the Comprehensive Rural Development state programme for several years now, it helps to create decent living conditions for agricultural specialists in rural areas and contributes to the development of the district’, says Vyacheslav Yarmanov, Head of Maslyanino district.

EkoNiva has been implementing the initiative in Novosibirsk oblast since 2020. In 2025, a dwelling with 14 flats was built with the Group’s assistance.
