Mums multitasking

Press-centre / News,

EkoNiva’s mums work on farms and in fields, in offices and branded shops. From tractor operators to department managers – they embrace motherhood with tenderness and care while responding effectively to professional challenges.

Mums multitasking

The female employees of EkoNiva embody the perfect harmony between passion for career and maternal love proving that the two do not necessarily compete with each other but rather contribute to finding balance and inspiration. These women are real experts in both parenting and their work areas.

Aleksandra Lobanova, Head of Contract Manufacturing Department, EkoNiva-Food (Lipetsk)

Trust and support make all the difference

‘I joined EkoNiva in 2022. At first, I was concerned if I could settle into a job in a new industry, but soon I became aware of the congenial spirit of the company. I found real support here. This, in large part, encouraged me to have my third child – my daughter. I have three wonderful kids – Yelisey (10 y.o.), Kolya (5 y.o.) and Masha (2 y.o.). How do I manage everything? Trust and support within the family make all the difference. I work remotely, and my family respects my workspace. Special thanks go to my husband. When surrounded by a loving family and understanding colleagues, one can move heaven and earth.’

Kristina Litvanova, Coordinator of Engineering Department, Ryazan Branch of EkoNiva-Tekhnika (Ryazan)

It is important to always be honest

‘I have been working for EkoNiva since 2019. Initially, I was attracted by the stability and career opportunities, but I also found a friendly and empowering team. Juggling work and parenting is not easy, but we have found the right balance. For instance, we put away our phones and laptops to spend time together in the evening. The company’s progressive approach is a great advantage – I have an opportunity to work remotely when needed. There is no universal recipe for life, but the main thing is to be honest with yourself, your family and in your work.’

Yelena Yershova, Sales Assistant at EkoNiva-Food (Stupino)

Living and working with joy

‘I joined EkoNiva four years ago, and I can say that I had dreamt of working here even before that. At first, I was afraid I would not cope with the job, but it worked out well for me. I have four children and still stay on top of things, because the company offers me a convenient schedule, and the team is very accommodating. What means most to me is being able to fill each day with things I love: cooking, taking care of the pets and participating in the town events with the whole family. My eldest daughter now also works for EkoNiva. When the mum is happy, the children are happy too. So, my secret is simple: live and work with joy!’

Anna Riger, Machine Operator at EkoNiva’s Siberian Subdivision (Cherepanovo)

I choose to keep it cool

‘I first came to EkoNiva back in 2001 to work as a cow milker. After having taken a break for a while to devote time to my family, I returned to the company and went in for a job as a machine operator. That’s how I ended up behind the wheel of a tractor. I have four children. My eldest son is a university student and a Candidate Master of Sports in biathlon, and my youngest daughter is in her first year of school. The elder ones help the younger ones, so I can even enjoy my hobbies, for example I do kettlebell lifting. I love my family and work, so I choose to keep cool and handle everything without stress.’

Yuliya Shavel, Chief Breeding Herd Manager at EkoNiva’s Kaluga Subdivision

Patience and care pay off

‘I was employed by EkoNiva in 2013, right after university. I made up my mind after visiting one of the company’s facilities – it left a lasting impression on me. Since 2014, I have been working as a chief breeding herd manager for Kaluga oblast. My children often visit the farms with me. Everyone in the family has their responsibilities, and we help each other. I balance my home life and profession perfectly well. In the family, what matters most is patience and care, which ultimately pay off – just like in breeding.’

Every day, EkoNiva’s mums tackle a wide variety of tasks both at work, where they must be precise and responsible, and at home, where patience and warm-heartedness are essential. Their special gift lies in moving easily between these worlds, being focused on the job and highly conscious of their families. The company is proud to have such employees in its team and wishes them to find strength for great accomplishments and time for small joys.
