The employees of the Group’s Voronezh subdivision have received keys to two new houses in Bobrov district. They were built under the Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas state programme, in which EkoNiva has been participating since 2020. The financing of the two dwellings totalled 20 million rubles, with the company’s share amounting to 45%.

The comfortable houses on Aleksandriyskaya Street in Lushnikovka village, Bobrov district, have an area of 116 sq. m. each. They form part of Ecovillage, a new neighbourhood on the bank of the Bityug River. The project aims to create a well-thought-out living environment. In addition to one- and two-storey cottages, the necessary infrastructure is already in place: modern road networks, a park with playgrounds for children and a sports track for recreation and active leisure. The move-in-ready dwellings are connected to utilities and have garden plots for the owners to use for their household needs.

The new homes are meant for two families of the employees: the Peregudovs, young stock herd manager Konstantin and herd movement and comfort manager Yuliya, with their son and daughter, as well as veterinarians Yelena and Vladimir Gorodkovs, who are expecting another addition to the family very shortly. In a solemn ceremony, Aleksey Gordeyev, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Aleksandr Gusev, Governor of Voronezh Oblast, handed the keys to the specialists. Anatoliy Balbekov, Head of Bobrov District, and Ramon Schenk, Regional Director of EkoNiva Group for Voronezh and Kursk Oblasts, also made welcoming speeches.

By the end of 2026, it is expected to commission eight more houses with a total cost of 80 million rubles as part of the Ecovillage project.
