On 4 October, the third stage of the EkoNiva-sponsored inter-municipal swimming competition took place at Davydovka children’s sports school, Voronezh oblast.
EkoNiva headed by the President of the Group Stefan Duerr has taken part in the largest agro-industrial exhibition in the country – Golden Autumn 2019. The holding presented its booth at Hall 75 of VDNH Exhibition Centre.
A general meeting of Soyuzmoloko, the National Association of Milk Producers, has been held to talk through the topical issues relating to the milk industry development. In the course of the discussion, the members mentioned that the consumption of milk and dairy products is on the increase. Moreover, consumers show a growing interest in the dairy desserts range.
In early October, a longed-for EKONIVA brand shop opened its doors to Voronezh residents and guests at the Central Market. A wide range of products made of milk from the company’s own farms — milk, kefir, cream, cheese, yogurts, curds and quark desserts — hit the city.

Late in September, a two-day offsite event was held as part of the corporate project Young EkoNiva. It brought together over 70 participants from the holding and its subsidiaries. Specialists from Voronezh, Kursk, Tyumen, Ryazan, Kaluga, Leningrad, Orenburg oblasts and Siberia attended the occasion. The employees spent the first day getting to know each other, communicating and doing some team building activities on the high ropes course.
For the first time ever, EkoNiva-Semena has participated in the 21st Volga Regional Agricultural exhibition, which was held in Ust-Kinelskiy village, Samarа oblast. The event gathered more than 600 representatives of various farming enterprises, agricultural cooperatives, feed producers and machinery manufacturers, as well as agronomists and scientists.
Sergey Lyakhov, Regional Director for Siberia, EkoNiva-APK Holding, has received an award from the Siberian editorial office of Kommersant newspaper. Besides, he has been nominated for a prize presented by the Business Quarter portal.

Zashchitnoye farming enterprise has commenced a project on precision agriculture intended for effective management of the entire production cycle. This initiative is supposed to tie together all technological processes, thus making it possible to track the key parameters, including soil condition and plantings per each square metre and quality of staff work. This is going to result in a significant financial economy, increased performance and yield and environmental friendliness as well.
