EkoNiva Group has become a partner of International Plant Breeding Summer School 2025 ‘Modern Plant Breeding Technologies’. The educational event united more than 150 students from Russia and countries across the former Soviet Union and beyond, including Serbia, Iran, Belarus, Vietnam, China, Gabon and Zambia. The two-week programme includes lectures, seminars and practical classes in laboratories. Moreover, the project’s participants visited EkoNiva’s branch office located in Moscow as well as had a tour of Bortnikovo dairy farm.
EkoNiva has held a field seminar for farmers of Voronezh, Volgograd and Rostov oblasts.
The cow Luka from EkoNiva’s Ryazan subdivision has become the vice champion at the Best Ryazan Cows 2025 trade show.

The first summer weekend gave EkoNiva employees and their family members an unforgettable experience. A big sporting event held in celebration of Milk Day and Children’s Day gathered more than 1,700 people on the sports grounds in the 11 regions of the Group’s presence. The children competed in short-distance races, while the adults covered the distances of 3, 5 and 10 kilometres.
Russia’s largest dairy holding EkoNiva Group announces the opening of a brand store in China. The store has opened its doors in the city of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, where the company’s subsidiary – EkoNiva (Xi’an) Dairy Co. trading house – operates.
Varieties from EkoNiva’s portfolio, including in-house bred developments, have been entered into the State Registers of Plant Breeding Achievements Approved for Use in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. This significant event opens up good opportunities for exporting and expanding the Group's presence in international markets.
EkoNiva has launched a specialised lecture room at Kaluga branch of Timiryazev Academy, where it is planned to give lessons to both trainees of the institution and students of agriclasses.
