EkoNiva’s employees are honoured with awards in Voronezh

In Voronezh oblast, a solemn ceremony has been held to celebrate the regional Agriculture and Processing Industry Day, summing up the farming year and awarding distinguished workers in the industry. The event took place at Voronezh Concert Hall. Among those honoured were 11 employees of EkoNiva’s local subdivision.
For many years of diligent service, milking machine operator Yelena Bokova was awarded the Honoured Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation title.
Following an economic competition, the Best in Profession prize was given to milking machine operators from Bodeyevka dairy: Nina Voronina, Tatyana Slusheva, Anna Belashova, Valentina Turbina, Oksana Inshakova, as well as truck driver Yevgeniy Gangur.
For their high production performance, four company employees received certificates for new vehicles manufactured in Russia. Lada Granta cars were presented to milking machine operators Olga Sheveleva and Yelena Bulakhova, calf tender Olga Vtulkina and machine operator Aleksandr Leletskiy.
EkoNiva's subdivision in Voronezh oblast is one of the largest milk producers in the region. From January to September 2024, the gross milk yield exceeded 390,000 tonnes of raw milk. Despite extreme weather conditions during the spring sowing campaign, the enterprise successfully met its requirements for succulent and rough fodder. In the current season, approximately 107,000 tonnes of haylage and over 180,800 tonnes of high-quality silage was harvested in dry matter.
