EkoNiva’s employees receive state awards in Ryazan

State awards have been presented to farmers and a regional honour board for the industry leaders has been unveiled in Ryazan during an event dedicated to Agriculture and Processing Industry Workers’ Day. Employees of OKA MOLOKO, EkoNiva’s local subdivision, were among the prize takers. The Honoured Worker of Russian Farming Sector title was awarded to Vyacheslav Meshcheryakov, Operation Deputy Director, and Galina Stryuchkova, Deputy Senior Accountant. Vladimir Materikin, EkoNiva’s Regional Director for Ryazan oblast, received a medal for services to the region.

The honour board featured the 15 top teams and 75 best workers of Ryazan agriculture and processing industry. Among the distinguished workers were machine operators Andrey Samokhin and Sergey Pylyov, chief nutrition herd manager Spartak Dubrovskiy and operation deputy director Vladimir Kiryukhin. The entire staff of EkoNiva’s Ryazan subdivision was also acknowledged for achieving high production performance in 2024.

OKA MOLOKO has been operating within EkoNiva Group since 2017, focusing on dairy farming. The total herd size is 27,500 head, whereof 13,000 are dairy cows. The enterprise produces 415 tonnes of high-quality milk every day. The Group’s farmland in Ryazan oblast amounts to 101,000 hectares, where cash and forage crops are cultivated. The company employs over 1,500 people.
