Ryazan State Agritechnological University n.a. P. A. Kostychev (RSAU) has launched a specialised EkoNiva lecture room, where it is planned to hold classes for future veterinarians, herd managers, agronomists and other students.

RSAU and EkoNiva have a long-standing, close relationship: students of the educational institution do their internships at the company’s enterprises in Ryazan and often start a job there upon graduation. In their turn, the university’s professors take part in various retraining courses at EkoNiva, giving lectures to agriclass students. The new room was opened as part of the cooperation with the RSAU administration. The renovation, purchase of furniture and laptops were carried out with the Group’s support.

‘Interaction with partner companies operating in our region plays a significant role in the educational process. The main benefit for us is that the university graduates, who are qualified employees of the company now, and their colleagues share their experience with our students. It is highly important to be aware of the ins and outs of modern production. This specialised EkoNiva lecture room is intended for holding theoretical and practical classes, project activities and company-related case studies’, says Aleksandr Shemyakin, Rector of RSAU.
