Representatives of the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economic Development, the State Selection Commission, the Russian Agricultural Centre, and Russian experts acquainted themselves with European experience. Considering that amendments to the Law of the RF “On Seed Farming” are presently being prepared amidst much debate, German experience turned out to be more needed and beneficial than ever.
