Russia’s largest dairy holding EkoNiva Group has announced operating results over January-September 2022 in its main business areas: dairy farming, milk processing, crop production.
EkoNiva Group of companies has participated in Agrosalon 2022, one of the largest agricultural trade fairs, for the third time. It took place at the Crocus Expo international exhibition centre in Moscow on 4-7 October. The company presented the guests to a wide range of basic crop seeds, pedigree cattle as well as machinery and spare parts from domestic and foreign manufacturers. The event ended up with a range of signed contracts and preliminary cooperation agreements.
EkoNiva Group, the largest milk producing holding in Russia, has integrated the in-house designed feeding software Eko.Feed with 1C accounting system on 10 farms in Kaluga oblast. Previously, this integration was available only on the farms in Voronezh oblast.
From 29th August to 13th September, EkoNiva representatives together with EIDala.kz information portal toured main agricultural regions of Kazakhstan. AgroCaravan Crop 2022 Project participants visited partners’ fields, observed harvesting operations, researched agronomic practices applied in the climatic conditions of Kazakhstan and the needs of local growers.
Savinskaya Niva, an organic farm of EkoNiva Group, has moved over 130 dairy cows to its organic herd after the conversion period. Thus, the herd has expanded up to 370 dairy cows and the daily milk output has grown by 35% reaching 4 tonnes of organic milk per day.

Softline, a leading supplier of solutions for digital transformation and information security, has implemented an automatic document management system for EkoNiva Holding, the largest Russian milk producer. The system standardises the contract approval procedure, reduces the time of incoming document processing, ensures unified digital archive and transparent workflow.
Young agronomists from EkoNiva’s enterprises situated in the Black Soil, Siberian and Volga regions have undergone a three-day traineeship on the company’s premises in Ryazan oblast.
The tenth anniversary summer session of the agricultural student team Milk Standard came to an end at EkoNiva’s enterprises in Voronezh and Orenburg oblasts. For two months, thirty-eight students of six agricultural universities worked at the dairy facilities and the milk processing plant and learned the ins and outs of modern agricultural production.
EkoNiva Group, the largest milk producing holding in Russia, starts using renewable energy at its operations. Dobrino dairy farm in Voronezh oblast is going to be the first facility to switch completely to green power. The Group is implementing the project in partnership with NovaWind company, a wind energy subdivision of Rosatom state corporation.
