Andrey Beryulyaev, Digitalisation Department Manager, EkoNiva-APK Holding, has participated as an expert in the #AltEnergy forum on alternative energy start-ups. The event, organised by Step Agricultural Holding, was held in a business speed dating format — 4-minute one-to-one meetings between entrepreneurs and representatives of leading Russian companies.
The largest Russian milk producer EkoNiva Group has increased the size of the dairy herd on its organic farm in Kaluga oblast. In early March, Savinskaya Niva dairy received 139 new heifers of Black-and-White, Red-and-White, Swiss, Simmental and Ayrshire breeds. The animals were delivered from Kaluzhskaya Niva, another enterprise within the holding.
Spring Agronomy Academy, an educational programme devised for students of agricultural faculties, has commenced at EkoNiva’s enterprises in Voronezh and Novosibirsk oblasts.
EkoNiva-Semena, seed growing and plant breeding company within EkoNiva Group, has participated in the Interagromash Agritechnologies 2022 trade fair. The event took place in Rostov-on-Don on 2-4 March. The company presented high-yielding varieties, including those of own breeding, and pedigree cattle.
The enterprises of EkoNiva Group, the largest dairy producer in Russia, have hosted EkoNiva Spring Academy of Livestock Production on their farms in Voronezh oblast. A week-long course is finished on 4 March.
Bobrov district, Voronezh oblast, has hosted the first EkoNiva Group minifootball tournament contested by 10 teams representing all EkoNiva enterprises operating in Voronezh region.
During MAK-2022 Interregional agricultural conference held in Chelyabinsk, EkoNiva-Semena, a seed growing division of EkoNiva Group, introduced local farmers to its varieties of spring fodder and food crops, including domestically bred promising novelties.
EkoNiva’s corporate volleyball championship has been held in the Ice Sports Palace named after Vyacheslav Fetisov in Bobrov, Voronezh oblast. In total, seven teams took part in the event.
On 17-18 February, the plant breeding and seed growing division of EkoNiva Group presented its in-house bred varieties and pedigree cattle to Volga region farmers.
